Victorian Cat Associations.

FCCV.

The Feline Control Council of Victoria (FCCV) was founded in 1962 to promote in every way the welfare of cats, the general improvement of the standard, breeding and exhibition of cats, plus good sportsmanship among its members.

FCCV were the first Victorian Cat association to recognise and accept the Snowshoe breed and we are very honoured to have the FCCV overseeing and supervising the Skiboots Snowshoe breeding program.

CVI.

Cats Victoria Incorporated (CVI) is the Premier Association in Victoria affiliated with Australian Cat Federation. Our aim is to promote, responsible Pet ownership, registered breeders, and also bring back fun into showing, a hobby for everyone to enjoy.

CVI has also recognised and accepted the Snowshoe breed.

The ultimate goal the Co-ordinating Cat Council of Australia (CCC of A) is to have a uniform policy for the conduct of shows, appointment of judges, registration of cats, definition of classes and the awarding of championships, to make life easier for the exhibitors and breeders of cats in Australia.
